Chapters 11–13 · Field Guide
Playbook
Choose fields by scene, control character budget, run quality checks, avoid common pitfalls.
1. Field Combination Strategy by Scene
| Scene | Must-Protect Fields | Enhance | Can Weaken | Special Notes |
| Education | P0+P1 all, dialogue prioritized | Costume / Props / Audio | Makeup / Transition / Pacing / Emotion | Brightness constraint mandatory to prevent unreadable boards; lip-sync clear |
| Drama | All P0+P1 | Pacing / Audio / Costume / Props | Makeup (enabled for close-ups) | Emotion matches director instruction; timeline controls rhythm; multi-shot transitions enabled |
| Ads | P0+P1 all, color enhanced | Costume / Makeup / Props / Pacing | Transition / Dialogue (non-voiceover) | Color effectively upgraded to P0; brand color precise; reference photo mandatory for consistency |
Resource allocation: education can produce qualified videos within 15 fields; drama recommends ≥20 fields; ads recommend starting with ≥18 fields.
2. Character Budget and Over-Limit Handling (2500 max)
The total budget is allocated according to priority and starts when the limit is exceeded.Six-step truncation strategy:
| Step | Target | Characters Freed |
| Step 1 | Remove duplicate content across all fields | 50–200 |
| Step 2 | Remove P3 (makeup / transition) | 70–110 |
| Step 3 | Compress P2 (costume / props / pacing / audio) | 200–380 |
| Step 4 | Trim P1 timeline / emotion | 80–200 |
| Step 5 | Compress P0 scene / action | 100–300 |
| Step 6 | Over-limit alert, escalate to human decision | — |
P0 dialogue / negative constraint / character consistency are always protected; P1 lighting / camera movement / brightness constraint / character constraint are fixed templates and must remain intact.
3. Quality Checklist (excerpt)
P0 Fatal (any fail = unusable)
- The director's instructions include three elements: style + realism + emotion.
- Constraints include frame/resolution/format/frame rate
- The scene includes space type + environment + era
- Lighting includes main light + color temperature + light quality
- Mirror movement includes method + speed + time
- The character has a valid description; the actions are consistent with the lines
- Negative constraints include
no text+no watermark
- The fixed makeup photo path is effective; consistency includes cross-lens anchoring
P1 Core (fail = quality drops)
- Composition includes scene + subject position
- Color includes main hue + saturation
- Depth of field including focus + blur
- Timeline ≥3 segments
- The mood is consistent with the director's instructions
- Brightness constraint includes brightness + visibility + facial brightness
- Role constraints include single character + banned clones
4. Best Practices
- English keywords are preferred: The model training corpus is mainly in English, and mixing multiple languages increases the uncertainty of word segmentation. 3–6 words per phrase.
- comma separated list of keywords, avoid long clauses. Example:
warm key light from left, soft fill, 3200K, shallow depth of field, f/2.8
- avoid redundancy: The same semantics are not repeated across fields (the scene focuses on "where", the light focuses on "how to see").
- Field collaboration: Designated by director’s command
tense, don’t write about emotions relaxed, choose cool and low saturation colors.
- Fill in the order: P0 priority → P1 → P2 → P3, allocated within the budget, and selected according to the scenario.
One-sentence summary: treat the 25 dimensions as a checklist, fill P0→P3, protect P0 when tight on time, and cut in six steps when over limit — to stably produce controllable high-quality video.
