AI Video Generator Pricing
Compare VidVid monthly plans, annual commitments and credit packs. Calculate accepted-clip costs from charged attempts and set a batch budget.
Create with VidVidCalculate AI video cost from the credits shown before generation, then include every charged attempt needed for an accepted clip. A plan’s credit allowance is not a guaranteed number of finished videos.
Updated 2026-10-01. Subscription and pack amounts were checked against VidVid’s current payment configuration and pricing page. Model costs change with settings; check the generation quote before spending credits. USD examples below exclude any taxes or checkout adjustments.
Monthly plans and the annual commitment
| Plan | Monthly subscription | Credits each month | Annual option, charged monthly | Total over 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator | $15 | 2,000 | $7.50 | $90 |
| Pro | $30 | 5,000 | $15 | $180 |
| Studio | $100 | 18,000 | $50 | $600 |
The annual option is a 12-month commitment with monthly charges, not a single upfront payment or a month-to-month discount. Credits are granted each month; the annual schedule ends after 12 months. Check the billing terms at checkout before choosing it. Subscription credits refresh with the billing cycle; do not treat a monthly allowance as a permanent balance.
One-time packs for occasional usage
| Pack | USD price | Price per 1,000 credits |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 credits | $12 | $12 |
| 3,000 credits | $30 | $10 |
| 10,000 credits | $90 | $9 |
| 25,000 credits | $200 | $8 |
Compare the amount you expect to use, credit validity and the subscription commitment before purchasing. A lower nominal unit price does not save money if you leave most credits unused. Consult the current checkout and refund policy for purchase conditions; failed generation tasks and purchase refunds are different questions.
Cost per attempt versus cost per accepted video
Nominal cost per attempt = plan price ÷ included credits × credits charged for that attempt.
For example, if a selected configuration quotes 100 credits, a $15 / 2,000-credit monthly plan has a nominal cost of $0.75 per attempt. This is an arithmetic example, not a model quote or a quality estimate.
Suppose five charged attempts consume 500 credits and only two clips meet your acceptance checklist. That is 250 credits, or $1.875 at the same nominal rate, per accepted clip. Record your own counts rather than applying a universal retry multiplier. If those are your only accepted clips that billing cycle, your actual subscription spend is $15 ÷ 2 = $7.50 per accepted clip. Editing, audio and external tools add separate costs.
Budget a batch before generating
- Define acceptance: correct subject, stable shape, usable motion and the required output format.
- Select a supported model, duration and resolution; record the quoted credits. Available settings vary by model.
- Set a maximum number of charged attempts per shot and a total credit ceiling.
- Log attempted shots, credits actually deducted and accepted clips. Reconcile failed tasks against the task result before counting them as charged.
- Stop at the ceiling. Adjust the source image, simplify motion or change model before buying another batch.
A sample ceiling of three shots × two attempts × 100 quoted credits is 600 credits. These inputs are hypothetical; replace each with your actual shot plan and quote. Increasing duration or resolution may change the quote, so recheck rather than assuming a linear multiplier.
FAQ
How many videos will my plan produce?
Divide the allowance by your selected configuration’s quoted credits to estimate attempts, then measure how many attempts pass review. This cannot guarantee a number of finished videos.
Are failed generations charged?
The pricing FAQ states that failed-task credits are restored according to the task result. Check the task and credit history; contact support for unresolved discrepancies. A completed clip you dislike is not automatically a failed task.
Should I choose monthly, annual or a pack?
Compare expected usage, unused-credit risk and commitment length. Monthly subscriptions suit recurring usage without the annual commitment; the annual option requires 12 monthly charges; a pack can cover occasional top-ups. Confirm current terms at checkout.

A cost worksheet for choosing a model
Compare the cost of accepted shots, not just the cheapest submission. Before spending credits, write down the shot goal, input mode, model, duration, resolution and quoted credits. Match those settings where both models support them; note any mismatch.
| Record | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Acceptance rule | For example: product outline stays intact throughout the clip |
| Attempt limit | Maximum paid attempts for this shot |
| Quote | Credits shown before each submission |
| Outcome | Accepted, rejected for a named defect, or failed task |
| Charged credits | Actual deduction after task settlement; record refunds separately |
| Accepted-shot cost | Total charged credits divided by accepted shots |
If no shot passes, record “no accepted output”; dividing by zero does not produce a usable price. Keep subscription spending separate from this credit comparison. A cheaper draft can require more attempts, and one successful sample does not establish a model’s typical success rate.
Use the model value guide to narrow candidates, then the product video checklist to define acceptance before opening the studio.
