How do monthly and annual billing differ?＋
Monthly plans renew each month and grant that month's credits. Annual plans use a discounted monthly charge for 12 months, grant credits each month, and then end automatically. The 12-month total equals six months at the standard monthly price, saving 50%.
Can I switch plans or billing periods?＋
Yes. Choose another plan or billing period on this page. A new purchase creates the selected subscription; manage or cancel an existing subscription from your account billing portal.
How are subscription credits different from credit packs?＋
Subscription credits are granted monthly and refresh with the billing cycle. Credit packs are one-time purchases for occasional top-ups and follow the validity shown on the page.
When do purchased credits arrive?＋
Credits are added after payment succeeds and the payment provider confirms it. Subscription credits arrive monthly; pack credits arrive after the one-time payment.
Are credits charged for failed generations?＋
Credits for failed generation tasks are restored according to the task result. Contact support if a charge or payment status needs review.
Can I get a refund for a subscription or credit pack?＋
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the applicable refund policy and account usage. Contact support with your order number.
